Our room was just perfect, with thoughtfully arranged lighting and a comfortable bed. The hotel feels like a real diamond on an otherwise lonely street. It’s right by the waterfront and city centre. The kind women at reception helped us through New Year’s Eve. Breakfast gets an 8/10: some toast and all the usual Italian stuff. Go there!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful, stylish boutique hotel, well placed for sightseeing and nice restaurants. Breakfast was good, and Giovanni at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The hotel is lovely for its look, location, and cleanliness. The receptionist was helpful when explaining parking, but otherwise the staff barely interacted with us, even at breakfast. Breakfast had a poor selection compared with the other places we stayed in Sicily, so I wouldn’t pay extra for it. We also couldn’t use the shower at full power because the door didn’t seal properly and water flooded the bathroom.

For the €80 a night we paid for a double, it was great value. The room was average in size but had fantastic lighting and decor, and the lobby was just as impressive. This beautiful boutique hotel had only been open for a few weeks, though, and still hadn’t quite found its feet. The bar needs to open properly, and reception staff could be a bit more welcoming.

The hotel looks very nice, but the soundproofing is terrible. I could hear everything from the room next door. I stayed two nights, and both nights I had to remind other guests to keep the noise down.
