Ivana was an amazing host. Since we didn't have a car, she helped us figure out the best routes and times for every place we asked about. The place was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was excellent. We'd definitely return.

Ivana welcomed us so warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful, with lots of tips for tourists. The free parking in the area was another plus. The "Sole" apartment had everything we needed, and Trapani's historic center was a 10-15 minute walk away. Daily errands were easy on foot too: there's a bakery, a bar, "acqua e sapone" (a typical Italian food store), an MD supermarket, other grocery shops, and plenty of services. A fully equipped self-service laundromat is just around the corner. I highly recommend it. Bring mosquito repellent, though, since there were plenty of them, at least in June.

Ivana made our stay in Trapani feel just like home. She was professional, attentive, and fully available with her advice. The apartment was spotless and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent. Simply perfect.

The location is definitely a strong point. The rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, and communication with Ivana was friendly and smooth, both in advance over WhatsApp and when we arrived. The spacious shower and the roller shutters were welcome. Some other details disappointed me. The kettle didn't look inviting, and parts of the clothes rack were rusty, so I was afraid to hang all my clothes in case they got stained. The air conditioning barely reached the bed and didn't cool the room enough. In Sicily, where it can get as hot as 50°C outside, working AC is essential. There were no mosquito screens on the kitchen balcony door or the two windows by the bed, so airing the place out risked letting in a swarm of mosquitoes. It was already 35°C outside during our stay, and cooking made the room even hotter. Neither ventilation nor the AC helped much. I booked through Booking.com and left a review there, and also told Ivana about these problems personally. Her later response on Booking.com gave me the impression that critical written feedback isn't welcome or wanted, which was a shame after the positive impression we'd had beforehand. All the best, despite everything.
