Bed & Breakfast Terrazze Villanova

The place was clean and had good facilities. The owners were warm and helpful, pointing out places to visit and even taking us on a private tour of the town and salt plains. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it.

The owners were so welcoming and made me feel at home. My room and bathroom were both really nice, and I’d happily stay here again. Their restaurant tips were excellent, so be sure to take them up on those. It’s great value and handy for the old town, the funicular to Erice, the sea, shops, a grocery store, the museum, and a main bus route.

The hosts, a woman and her husband, were very hospitable and kind. The room and bathroom were spacious and okay, though the hot water could suddenly get extremely hot, so watch out. There’s a place to hang clothes on the third floor, but nobody seemed to use the terrace. The B&B is on the second floor and has a very slow lift. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the port. Also, the room price didn’t include an extra charge that wasn’t shown on the bed and breakfast website, so bring extra cash on top of the city tax. Sound carries between rooms, and we could hear other guests.

This was the best place we stayed on our whole trip through Sicily. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, with suggestions, optional itineraries, and snorkeling gear when it was available. The atmosphere was great too. It’s exactly the kind of place you hope to find when booking a trip.
