The only thing I wouldn't recommend is eating at the hotel restaurant, it was really expensive. There's another restaurant about a 5-10 minute walk away, though the walk feels a little scary. It's doable if you hug the sides and take your time as cars pass. The hotel itself is really nice and has most things you need for a vacation. The front desk and service overall were top tier, and the staff were very helpful. Usually someone can speak English. They clean the rooms every morning, and breakfast is complimentary.

The main letdown was breakfast. Although it was advertised until 10:30, by 09:00 or 09:30 there was hardly anything left, just a couple of pieces of bacon, crusty scrambled eggs, and croissants that had gone hard from sitting out. Nothing was replenished, even as more guests arrived. Parking was frustrating too. The hotel has parking, but some guests parked carelessly, and one night the entrance was completely blocked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the balcony view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, so the first impression was good. The hotel has potential, but breakfast and parking need serious improvement.

The staff were so helpful, and we’re grateful they let us stay by the pool after check-out. We were really tired from traveling with small children and needed the rest to recharge. It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of mount Vesuvius, spacious, tidy rooms, safe and roomy parking, and a great pool area. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, pineapple, and watermelon. The breakfast waiter even remembered our cold coffee order the next morning. The restaurant is open in the evenings. Highly recommended!

Luciano and the rest of the staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us as if the hotel were our own home, and the meals were excellent. They even made an extra effort for my husband, who doesn't like seafood. Everyone was so warm and generous that saying goodbye was hard. I'll always treasure this beautiful place and the genuine care we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God bless you all.
