We left after two days because of the noise and lack of privacy, despite all the rave reviews, most of them from Italians. The couple staying above us usually got up around 6.15, and the footsteps and clunking woke us early. The busy main road was only 40m away, adding to the noise. Our apartment had locked connecting doors to other apartments, and we could hear the voice and TV of an elderly woman in one of them. That made privacy an issue. This was the most expensive of the four places we stayed, which made it all the more upsetting. If all those glowing reviews are genuine, people must be deaf and easily pleased.

A lovely place with a quiet setting, nice service, and very kind staff.

Mrs. Mirella was kind, polite, and helpful from our first contact, and everything was well kept and pleasant in the Marche countryside. The apartment she gave us was spotless, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped with all new appliances. The price was even more reasonable considering it was high season. Five stars for this stay. I absolutely recommend it. Thanks for everything, Mirella!

I stayed for one night and will definitely return. The place was beautiful, simple, clean, and well maintained. The lady who runs it was kind and attentive to every need. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with heating, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches. The prices were reasonable too.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities. The place itself is wonderful, and you can have breakfast outside surrounded by greenery. I didn't expect the owner to be so kind and welcoming. I often stay in this area, so I'll definitely come back and recommend it.
