Alessia welcomed us warmly in French and gave us all the information we needed about the hotel, places to visit, and tips for the region. We had an excellent four-night stay in a quadruple room. There was also an online guide with helpful suggestions for drinks, restaurants, and nearby amenities. Breakfast had lots of variety, from international choices to authentic Italian specialties, and the coffee was delicious. The view over Mount Etna was stunning and a lovely way to start the day. Secure parking connects directly to the entrance, which I highly recommend. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom with a multi-jet massage shower. It's ideally located for exploring Sicily's east coast: about 15 minutes from Catania, an hour from Taormina, 45 minutes from Syracuse, and an hour from the northern slope of Mount Etna. I highly recommend the hotel.

Our family of five had a short but lovely stay. The room was clean and just right, with a queen bed and two twin beds in the main room, plus a twin sofa bed in the living area. There was a full kitchen and a well-stocked washroom with a nice shower. The kids liked the pool, which wasn't heated, but that was fine for us Canadians! Service was fantastic. They took care of everything we needed within minutes, and our last-minute flight change meant arriving at 11pm, which was no problem. The self check-in instructions were laid out perfectly. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast in the big common area with several tables, hot coffee, and even a cappuccino served by a lovely woman. A great experience all around.

The peaceful natural surroundings and breathtaking view of Mount Etna made our stay unforgettable. Waking up to that view each morning was wonderful. The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the two swimming pools were always clean and never crowded, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared, with a great selection each day. There's also a supermarket just a two-minute walk away, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and helpful from beginning to end, and made us feel at home. With the scenery, quiet setting, hospitality, and amenities all coming together, this was one of the best places we've stayed. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return!

The owners were very friendly, breakfast was great, and the place was wonderful and very sustainable and environmentally friendly. The pool was freezing, but we expected that in April 😀. The only downside with the location is that you can't walk from the property to nearby restaurants with small kids. The roads are narrow both ways, have no pavement, and carry busy local traffic, so we always took the car. Apart from that, perfect. We'd be happy to come again.
