Grand Hotel Tremezzo

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The lake views are breathtaking, and the service made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful, with classic elegance alongside modern luxury. The pools, gardens, and restaurants all feel carefully put together and timeless. It's easy to unwind here and still feel inspired by the surroundings. Everyone we met was warm and professional, and seemed truly keen to make our stay special. Carolina at the front desk stood out, going above and beyond with kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention. We're already making plans to come back.

The suite, pools, spa, gardens, views, and other amenities were all stunning and luxurious. We loved every minute, felt extremely well cared for, and found that everything was personalized. For dinner, the risotto and beef wellington were outstanding, and breakfast was the most incredible buffet we've ever seen. Our server, Diogo, made the meals feel magical with his elegance, knowledge, and care. We're so grateful to our travel advisor, Mo, and the hotel team, and we're counting down until we can return to the GHT. N&S It was an unforgettable honeymoon stay. We were upgraded to a Suite when we arrived, and the concierge team welcomed us warmly. When we opened the room, our wedding song was playing, with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, sweets, a framed photo of us, and handwritten notes. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay.

We started with cocktails at the bar while watching the sunset, then went to dinner at La Terazza. It felt very elegant. My husband and I shared the beef wellington, which was perfect, and the saffron risotto was exceptional too. We had an amazing visit to Grand Hotel Tremezzo and will be back.

The staff were professional and thoughtful in every interaction, often anticipating what we needed before we asked. They could arrange a private boat tour, suggest a hidden dining spot, or simply greet us with a sincere smile. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel genuinely cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, set on the shores of Lake Como with breathtaking views. The rooms are carefully appointed, the dining options are exquisite, and the grounds are immaculate. It brings together luxury, history, and warm hospitality in a way that made this a stay we'll always cherish. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt elegant and welcoming.
