Residence Belvedere Apartment Bolvedro

The apartment had good views and was conveniently located, but it felt cramped and wasn’t very comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the quality didn’t match the price. The owner’s reply says a lot about their attitude toward customers. To clarify, I knew the apartment was 45sqm, but the wardrobe and chest of drawers were filled with the owner’s belongings, leaving nowhere for our clothes, so we had to keep them in our luggage. The Wi-Fi definitely wasn’t working. We weren’t keen to pay for our own hotspot when Wi-Fi was meant to be available, and doubted the issue would be fixed promptly over the weekend, in time for work meetings. Honestly, we also didn’t want to bother Gisele with another call after we’d already needed her help with other problems the owner surely knows about, including a dirty coffee maker and missing items. And the owner knows there was no swimming pool when we visited, only a shabby, empty pool. I wasn’t making “inappropriate” comments, whatever that means. Sadly, the owner isn’t being honest about the conditions during our stay. Other guests’ scores are immaterial. Maybe they got different service and had different conditions. Each guest is reporting their own experience.
