Daniela at reception was an absolute joy. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was fresh and generous. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Giulia, the receptionist, greeted us with a genuine smile that brightened each day. Mae, Lisa and Richard made breakfast especially sweet and memorable too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, professional and welcoming, and we felt right at home. It really felt like a hotel that treats you like family.

The room view was spectacular, and the rooms were clean and modern. Be Place Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Reception service was exceptional, and breakfast was amazing, with plenty of both savory and sweet options served in a healthy way.

We had to cancel our trip to the Olympic Games, where we planned to watch the ski jumping, because a close friend died. We returned our tickets without any trouble, but the hotel refused to reschedule our stay and offered no discount or credit toward a future visit. In such a difficult situation, we’d expected at least some compassion. Very disappointing.

Our suite came with a private sauna and hot tub, which was such a treat. We had a scenic view, excellent housekeeping and very helpful front desk staff. Great value!
