Residence XX Settembre

Our train ran late, so we got there at 8:05 PM, just five minutes after reception closed at 8:00. They refused to give us a room and seemed concerned only with charging for the night. They showed no sympathy for leaving me and my 13-year-old son stranded. Stay away.

A spacious, clean room in a great location, with excellent housekeeping. The staff were really friendly. We'll definitely return!

The rooms are a good size, the bed is large, and the towels are nice. The location is excellent, and the apartment was acceptably clean. Still, there were several irritating details: the air heating was noisy, the kitchen equipment was very poor, and there was no hand soap. The bed had no slats and an inadequate mattress, with synthetic sheets and uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom looked dated, and its taps splashed water everywhere.

The room was much bigger than I expected, very clean, and well equipped, especially the kitchen, even if the furnishings aren't modern. The location is quiet, central, and handy for the train station. Reception staff were consistently helpful and quick to handle our requests, even during my one-night stay. I had a very good stay. My one complaint is that the room didn't come with soap, shampoo, shower caps, or similar toiletries, so bring your own.
