2/10
I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The volcano forced the airport to close, but although we'd paid in full, they weren't willing to work with us at all regarding our stay. Their reason was that they would "lose thousands." They may lose more if guests stop coming because they expect good service and a personal approach, which Ferrini didn't provide. They also didn't answer my emails, pick up the phone, or return my calls.

I stayed for work for a month and a half, and it was a great experience. The location, service, cleanliness, and staff attention were all excellent. 100% recommended.
