Luca was such a welcoming host, and the location was great: an easy walk to the center in a quiet, safe area. My room was huge, with a comfortable bed that made mornings hard, strong Wi-Fi, good AC, and a large bathroom. There was an espresso machine, a milk foamer for lattes, and a mini fridge with food. Guests can use the shared kitchen, which Luca makes clear is for them, and it's stocked with snacks, drinks, meats, and cheeses. We also enjoyed the lovely dining area on the terrace. I loved everything about this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in Catania.

The apartment was lovely and ideally placed for walking into the heart of town. Luca was a fantastic host who kept in touch on WhatsApp and couldn't do enough for his guests. My room had a street-facing balcony in a very traditional Italian building. We also relaxed on the rooftop terrace in the great weather. I'd fully recommend it.

Don't judge the place by the building's exterior: inside it's all new and modern. Luca meets you there, works around your arrival time, and gives you a full tour of the room, amenities, and Catania. His communication is excellent and he's extremely attentive. You get your own key, and only renters are allowed into the building. I never usually write reviews, but Luca earned this one. If I get the chance to return to Catania, I'll definitely stay with him again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Luca was very friendly and let us know he was available for questions or information. He also kindly gave us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. The location was great, and both the bedroom and bathroom were a good size.
