We spent five nights here as a family and were delighted with the stay. The value for money was excellent. The location made things easy, with the ski slopes and ski bus very close by. After skiing, we especially enjoyed relaxing in the pleasant spa and pool, particularly the outdoor section with its breathtaking view. The views were stunning morning and evening. Staff were welcoming, kind, and professional, and Samuel, our waiter, deserves a special mention for being so friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar had a very wide range of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. We’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

We came back for our second early-summer stay, and the breakfast was just as good as last time, with plenty of choice and a great view from the dining area. Some of the staff looked familiar too, and everyone was helpful and nice. It worked well for our family of four, with enough room, an attic with a sofa bed, and a balcony where we could dry our towels after the heated pool, sauna, or steam room. Remember to ask for the trentino card for discounts at nearby attractions.

It was a nice stay, with pleasant service and everything clean. The main issue was storage: for a hotel near the ski lift, there isn’t enough room for all the guests’ ski gear. And whoever figured out the room light-switch setup is evil.

The views from outside were lovely, and the service was spot on. Patricia is the best. Breakfast was very good, and it’s a perfect family base for skiing, with the slopes not too far away. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been here three times because the hotel is outstanding. Breakfast has an impeccable buffet, and the dinner menu is delicious and changes every day, so it doesn’t get boring. The staff are welcoming and kind, often joking around and making me laugh. There’s a great wellness area with saunas, massages, and a fantastic pool. With the push of a button, the doors open to the outdoor jacuzzi. The rooms are lovely and spotless, and the cleaners seem to wash nearly everything every day. There’s also a bar where you can play pool or just have a drink. At Christmas this year they showed Home alone in their Cinema. Kids can enjoy the arcade or rock climbing, and there are garages to keep cars safe. It’s managed really well, and might be the best hotel in the world. Strongly recommend it for families or couples. Hotel Monte Bondone deserves at least 5 stars ❤️🥇👍
