Nine Rooms Shared

Cute, renovated, and easy to find, with a nice parking spot inside the yard. It’s close to the train station, and the staff are friendly. There’s also a cute dog wandering around. Breakfast wasn’t included as described on Airbnb, and the town is kind of sleepy. The main issue was the air conditioning. It wouldn’t work that day, when it was 34 degrees outside, and the room wasn’t much cooler. It’s a good place to rest if you’re in the area, as long as the a/c works.

What I’ll remember most is Samantha’s kindness. I’d come from my hometown to Trento for my birthday month, hoping for some rest and quiet moments, and she made the stay feel special. I arrived around 7 p.m., after check-in hours, but Samantha had already checked that I was okay. She patiently guided me over the phone and arranged a tea machine in my room as I’d requested. I was disappointed when I found there was a shower rather than a bath. I’d imagined relaxing in a warm bath during this trip, but hadn’t realized I needed to choose between the two when booking. That’s a lesson for me: read the details and be clear about preferences. I called Samantha, and the next day, after I explained how much it mattered to me, she did more than sympathize. She asked another guest who had just checked into a room with a bath on the top floor if he’d be willing to switch, and he kindly agreed. I moved to a beautiful room on the third floor, with a spacious bath, soft natural light, and a breathtaking mountain view. At night, the sky opened up to the stars. Samantha made sure it was all prepared, from the cleaning to the little details, so I could settle in and feel at peace. I’m grateful to her and to the lovely lady who helped prepare everything. Their care turned what could have been a disappointment into an unforgettable experience, and made my birthday month feel truly magical. The one small thing I didn’t love was the mini fridge near the bed, which made some noise, especially at night. I was mostly out exploring or relaxing in the bathroom, where I couldn’t hear it, so it didn’t spoil the stay. If you’re sensitive to noise or want complete silence, it may be something to keep in mind. Given how attentive everyone was, I’m confident they’ll look into it and improve things for future guests.

I only stayed one night, but it was a very good stay and excellent value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. The owner was friendly and accepted my last-minute booking. I’d definitely return.

The hostess welcomed me warmly and was very kind. My room on the third floor was cozy, and I’d recommend staying there. The B&B is behind the train station and about 10 minutes from the bus station.
