I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Trento deserves better than somewhere this squalid, and there are much better options. The whole place is extremely dirty, the staff seem disorganized, and maintenance is practically nonexistent. The furniture and appliances are very old, and the mattresses haven't been changed in 50 years. It's hard not to wonder what's inside them. We were also charged for waste sorting and linens without being told when or how to sort anything, and ended up with bills for costs we hadn't agreed to, plus sheets or towels we never asked for. On top of that, there are police raids every week for various reasons. They even take advantage of residents when they can get them to do paintwork or replace a door.
