The food alone would earn my five stars, especially the chicken. It was juicy, satisfying, and needed no sauce or sides, while the puccie were something special too. We stayed with our family and felt genuinely welcomed. It's a shame the next wedding in the area is already fully booked, so we can't stay then, but we already know where we'll go for dinner.

The ceiling in our room had mold, which I hadn't expected in a new property. At 7 PM the room still wasn't ready. When we came back from dinner at 11, he seemed almost annoyed.

What stayed with me most was the owner's kindness. When my car broke down, he helped me get it sorted, arranged a discount with the mechanic, and even took me to the repair shop and offered me coffee. The rooms were new and spotless, and the food was a perfect 10/10. If you want to experience the humanity, courtesy, hospitality, and energy of the Apulian people, this is a must-visit.
