The apartment was clean, and rubbish collection was handled really well. The location has lovely panoramic views but is also very close to the town centre, shops, and services. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing they need to add is a laundry room for guests, since there are no washing machines.

We had a five-star stay. The accommodation and services were great, and I assume we got an off-season rate, which seemed fair. Parking felt safe behind the gate. It’s an excellent base for trips around the Lombardia mountain area, Brexia, and Bergamo.

We left very disappointed. The staff were unfriendly, and their English was very poor for hotel staff, so even simple questions were hard to sort out. They weren’t helpful when we tried using Google Translate, either. Check-in and checkout times are very strict, with no flexibility or help in our situation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hostel has been renovated nicely, and the staff were kind and very helpful. We had a great experience and got some excellent recommendations, too.

The staff were incredibly rude and refused to let us stay, even though we’d told them two days earlier that we would arrive late, at 11.30 in the evening. We were told to go away because we were late, then charged for the night and told it was a No Show. The hotel and staff caused us huge trouble. How rude can someone be?
