The hosts made the stay feel especially well cared for, with attentive, courteous service and real professionalism. Casa Francesconi is also peaceful and scenic, and the rooms are comfortable, beautifully furnished, and kept in impeccable shape. It sets a high bar for hospitality, and I’d gladly recommend it.

The food was delicious, and the owners were so warm and upbeat that it was easy to feel we’d chosen the right place. Francesconi Guest House has everything needed for a restful stay, even a washing machine, and its style gives you a real sense of everyday Italy. We also found plenty to see nearby. We visited Bevagna, Trevi, Assisi, and Foligno, and Marmore Falls near Terni were strikingly beautiful. There’s a shopping mall in the area, along with lots of stores. It was my first time in Italy, and the whole trip left me captivated. I won’t forget it.

Alessandro was a standout host: kind, courteous, friendly, and full of knowledge. He told us about the house’s history and was there whenever we had a question or wanted advice. The 18th-century property has two floors and is thoughtfully furnished, with a real step-back-in-time feel. Our guest rooms had modern, new furnishings and air conditioning.
