Francesca was so kind and always available, including recommending grocery shops where we bought local specialties. We spent a week at this fantastic 19th-century house with our group of 18, and the whole place was ours. It’s a brilliant setup for a big group that wants to cook for itself. The huge pool has a beautiful view, and we loved watching the sunsets there. The house is in a great spot, just minutes from the main Umbrian villages, each more beautiful than the last. We had unforgettable days here. Thanks, Francesca!

The food was carefully prepared, the ingredients were good, and the wine pairings worked really well. The rooms are fascinating, and the old noble residence has been restored with great skill. The banquet space is lovely too, with the former barn turned into a dining room. What a transformation. Congratulations.
