We had plenty of room in our clean room, called “Antonio.” The breakfasts were great, and the loud conversations made it feel like being part of a little Italian family. Antonio really does all he can to make your stay pleasant. The bus stop is right beside the house, with an easy ride straight into the heart of Florence. I can’t speak to the price or value. I’m not personally fond of how the beds are made in Italy in general, but that didn’t affect my rating.

The owner was exceptionally friendly, and we really enjoyed our two nights here. The room was very comfortable. The villa on Via Bolognese is stunning. It may be a little far from the center, but there’s a bus stop right outside and the tourist area is only five minutes away by bus.

The hostess was fantastic, warm, easy to reach, and incredibly helpful. We had a very welcoming reception, and the house was cleaned daily. The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is generous with plenty of variety. The only small drawback was the bathroom. The bathtub and shower could use improvement, though everything was clean. There’s private parking, and a bus stop right beside the villa. I highly recommend it. The town is lovely, though the center, especially its restaurants, is a bit pricey.

The welcome was very friendly, and the villa has a fantastic garden. It’s just a few meters from the bus stop for the city center, or about a 20-minute walk into Florence. The price isn’t especially cheap considering it’s outside the heart of the city.
