Pandolfini Suite

It’s spacious and works well for two people, with a small but fairly well-equipped kitchen. Coffee, oil, and condiments were a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi was good. The apartment is very central, just minutes from most sights and museums. The ground-floor location makes it quite dark. On several nights, revelers outside kept making noise between 2 and 4 a.m. The curtains are very long and have tabs but no gliders, eyelets, or rings, so closing them is practically impossible without a ladder. There are two air conditioners from different brands, but no instructions on how to use them. We had to figure out how to heat the apartment ourselves during a cold, damp spell, which wasn’t easy. The jacuzzi on the mezzanine looks nice but is only decorative, since it wouldn’t turn on. It’s okay for a short stay, and the price-quality ratio is acceptable, but more maintenance and clearer instructions would make it more comfortable for guests.
