The valley view is the best I’ve ever seen: incredibly broad, peaceful, and with the people and agriculture fitting together so naturally. The church bells ring on the hour and add to the magic. This is a wonderful whole-house base for day trips to the region’s historic towns and villages. The house is large and gorgeous, with Venetian plaster so beautiful I wanted to take some home. It can get hot in mid-summer, so timing your visit is a good idea. Marcello and his family are lovely and ready to help with anything. Their olive oil is next level too.

A very peaceful place among the olive trees, with welcoming and helpful hosts. It’s an excellent base for a holiday in beautiful Umbria, and I’d recommend it.

The house feels warm and welcoming, and the pool looks out over a beautiful panorama. Mr. Marcello was helpful, and the location makes it easy to visit some of Umbria’s loveliest villages. I recommend it.

We had two wonderful weeks in this small apartment in the Trevi countryside. Everything was just right: the host was friendly, the cleanliness was excellent, and the olive oil was excellent too.
