The views from the rooms and patios are stupendous, and the units feel fresh and immaculate. They're newly fitted with efficient air conditioning and modern appliances. There’s a large refrigerator and enough cooking equipment to self-cater, or Trevi is a short 10 minute drive down the hill. Parking is ample and Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. The road gets steep for a few short stretches, but a regular small car can manage it with care. Francesca and his wife are very welcoming. His English is limited, but he uses a phone translation app well. Francesco takes real pride in the place and in making guests feel at home. It's a fantastic base for exploring Umbria and its cliff-top towns, with panoramic views over the whole valley from its spot above Trevi.

We spent five days here and have just returned to Puglia. Mr. Francesco and his wife put real love and passion into their work, and you can feel it straight away. The property is kept in meticulous order and is very clean. They're always ready to help with whatever you need. For a peaceful escape, this is a lovely choice. The Jacuzzi at sunset is the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back.

Francesco even puts together a guide to the best places to visit and restaurants worth trying. His wife and he are the heart of Le Tradizioni. With them, you feel like part of the family, not just a vacation guest. The apartments are lovely, very clean, and equipped with every comfort. The pool and relaxation area are beautiful too. We've become regulars, and it's always a pleasure to return and spend the day chatting with them. See you very soon!

The owners' warmth and kindness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were helpful, courteous, and discreet, and really added something special to our holiday. My fiancée and I had such a wonderful time that we would've happily stayed a whole month. Work called us back, but we truly hope to return. Thank you for everything. The house is carefully designed inside and out, with furnishings that balance rustic style and modern function. Everything is well maintained, and the view across the southern Umbrian valley is breathtaking. We spent four unforgettable nights here in the heart of Umbria. Everything was perfect. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had a terrace with a breathtaking view. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even though our Italian is limited, we communicated just fine. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vacanze and would've loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!
