The owners, father and son, were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere felt homely and quiet. Our room was very pleasant and spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked for breakfast with plenty of choices. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much.

The owner is such a kind, accommodating person, and it’s worth asking him for tips on villages to visit and places to eat. The B&B has a great location, with a breathtaking view of Trevi and anywhere you need to go less than an hour away. Our clean rooms were serviced daily and had towels, a TV, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. Downstairs there’s a spacious room with a shared kitchen, and breakfast options to suit your needs. An unforgettable stay, highly recommend.

I’d like to clarify that my review is only about the difficulty of booking through Smartbox. I wanted to use a Smartbox gift, but the manager said they only accept those packages when they include two paid nights. The property itself may well be exceptional.

Francesco was a pleasure to listen to, and he gave us excellent advice. The breakfast was incredibly generous, too. The house was beautiful and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A really positive experience. Thank you so much, and see you soon.

We were lucky to meet the wonderful Francesco, who gave us a lovely, clean place to stay during our Umbrian tour. Our only regret is that we stayed just one night. He was very kind, served us an excellent breakfast, and suggested several places to visit. I’ll recommend it to anyone coming here, and it’ll definitely be a place we return to in the future. Thanks for everything.
