We felt very well looked after by the courteous, respectful staff. The hotel is near the lake and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, a very good bakery, and a supermarket. Our room had everything we needed for a stay of several days, including a dining area, living room, and balcony overlooking the lake. There are bicycles available for rides around the area. Along the lake, the town has a small market and lots of friendly people. Special thanks to Marcello and the rest of the staff for such a warm welcome and for taking care of everything we needed.

We came for a wedding with our two-month-old, and Marcello, Sara, and Maira arranged a driver and car seat for us for two days. Marcello even helped get my partner's bag back after she left it on a bus. The hotel is well placed for exploring the town, the lake, and the surrounding area. Our accommodation was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the hosts were warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We had a wonderful welcome, and the staff made us feel very well cared for. We'd definitely recommend it and come back. 10/10.

The staff are lovely and did their best to help, but our stay at this property was very disappointing. The first room had a strong sulfur smell, and the AC, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and TVs didn't work. I was moved the next day to another room. The AC worked in the bedroom there, but the Wi-Fi, fridge, and TVs still didn't, and the sulfur smell returned in the morning. The listed amenities also didn't match what was provided. When I arrived, I was told they weren't included in my stay. I booked through Delta Stays, left early, and didn't finish the stay. Delta Stays offered no refund because the property wouldn't agree to one. I loved the lake and town, and will visit again, but I'll stay somewhere else.

It's an easy seven-minute walk to Trevignano's centre, passing a well-known bakery where you can get a filling breakfast. The lake views from the corridors are spectacular, and a top-floor lake-facing room must have an incredible view. The place is very clean by Italian standards, the beds were comfortable, and the room felt safe in the current Covid environment because it was thoroughly disinfected. The owner and staff, especially the owning lady, were kind and worked hard to make sure guests were satisfied. They offer bikes to hire or, depending on the room, use for free, along with a few health and business services. For a relaxing stay, it worked well. Internet access was the main drawback. The connection was very poor, even on my excellent MacBook and good phone, which usually work fine on bad networks. Vodafone 4G was also very limited. That makes it a poor fit if you need to work or rely on the internet, though it wasn't an issue for a holiday. Breakfast may not be enough if you want a filling meal, but I was happy to use the bakery I mentioned. I'd recommend it for unwinding in Trevignano, away from crowds but still a short walk from everything.
