The property feels very well cared for, and its location is great. The rooms are excellent, with strong air conditioning, and everything seems quite new and comfortable.

The lake is right across from the property, so it’s easy to head over and enjoy the views and atmosphere. Parking inside the grounds was simple and felt safe, and the Wi-Fi worked well on the terrace. We ended up extending our stay because we had such a good time. Erica and Andrea were so welcoming, and the place is easy to reach by car and works well for kids. The decor fits the surroundings beautifully, and having breakfast in the train was a unique touch. We’d happily return.

The room was spacious and very clean, as were the rest of the buildings. It’s just across the street from the lake. Breakfast had a good selection, and the owner was friendly. A very nice hotel complex.

The modern rooms were fantastic, and we felt very welcome here. After three hectic days in Rome, we spent four nights enjoying this lovely setting. Breakfast in the train car was delicious, and in the evenings we walked along the lake to pick a restaurant for dinner. We’re glad to recommend this guest house.

Erica and Andrea are lovely and incredibly helpful whenever our family stays here. We really like the rooms, and the terrace bar is just right for an aperitivo with friends. Highly recommend.
