Federica and Marino are lovely hosts at Avogari. They’re stylish Italians with great taste, and the service is even better. The atmosphere is relaxing, right in the middle of the places worth seeing in Treviso. The building has a lift, which helps with luggage, and the train station is an easy walk away.

Treviso was such a charming place to stay, with little local restaurants and shops and none of the touristy feel. We also took the short train ride to Venice for the day, and there are wineries nearby where you can taste Prosecco. At Avogari, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable in a beautiful building. We spent our first two nights in Italy there, and really enjoyed it. If you include breakfast, they bring a lovely meal to your room. Federica was a great help with the booking, and she and her husband were wonderful hosts.
