The setting is peaceful and scenic, and we’d definitely come back. It’s a beautiful house with two friendly, adorable dogs, helpful service, and a very accommodating, nice owner who speaks English very well. It made the stay easy for tourists, and the price was very affordable. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, with a private bathroom, and the attic room was small but fine for one night. The house itself is gorgeous if you like the toscana style. The garden is beautiful, it’s quiet, birds sing in the morning, and the owners have two friendly dogs. Breakfast was Italian style, with coffee, butter, toast, jam, croissants, pies, cakes, and tea. I didn’t care for it and would have preferred a continental breakfast, especially since the room wasn’t that cheap. We were the only guests and checked in at 9 pm, already tired. We asked to check out a little later, but the owner said we had to leave because someone had booked our exact room, despite the rest of the house being empty. That was a shame, because otherwise it would have been the perfect place.

The owners were very friendly, and the peaceful setting and atmosphere made this a highly recommendable place. We stayed for two nights in January. Our room was quite small, but it was heated and worked fine for two nights, with a newly renovated bathroom and good amenities. They gave us a generous breakfast and said we didn’t need to pay when we offered. After checkout, I realized I’d left a bag behind. They tracked down our phone number through the booking service and called us so we could collect it. They also returned the money I’d left for the cleaning lady.
