Myplace Treviso Vittoria

The location is great, close to the train station and city center, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. But the customer care was hopeless. We booked two rooms in early September, and one hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. There was nobody at reception and nobody answered the phone, so I spent the first night on the sofa with dirty sheets. The next day we finally got hold of someone, who promised to send cleaners. They did come, but cleaned the room that was already clean. After several more calls, someone finally cleaned the right room the following day. If anything goes wrong after 6pm, you’re on your own. They offered no compensation, and after weeks of calls we got a refund for two nights for one room. They were extremely reluctant to refund us.

The apartment is roomy and right in the central part of town, about five minutes from Treviso Centrale. There’s a very good pizza place across the road. It could use a small renovation, since the wear is quite visible.

The location is a real plus, with plenty of shops nearby, restaurants across the street, and the station only 300 metres away. The staff replied quickly to questions and brought us another set of keys when we asked. The building feels very secure. Our My Place Treviso apartment had two bedrooms and two fully usable bathrooms, neither ensuite, with one bathroom a little larger. The kitchen and living area were spacious. Treviso is a fabulous town, and I’d recommend the apartment.

We travelled with our child and were very happy with our stay. The room matched the pictures, and it was clean, spacious, and quiet. It’s around 7-8 minutes on foot from Piazza dei Signori. Staff answered every question quickly and helpfully. We’ll certainly come back to Treviso and stay at MyPlace!
