The Guesthouse Treviso

We booked three nights, but left early and moved to another hotel that was ten times better for the same price. I regret not reading the reviews first. I can only recommend this place if you just need somewhere to sleep and don’t mind a half-broken shower, too little toilet paper, or air conditioning that doesn’t work. It’s near the airport and has 24-hour check-in, although the directions were really hard to understand the first time. We did manage to sleep. The owner would need to cut the price in half for me to recommend it.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but it didn’t feel very cosy. There were no curtains in our room, and the hairdryer listed in the room description was missing. Getting access was difficult too. It’s a budget room that could work for one night, though there are better options.

It’s clean and close to the station, but it’s an apartment where rooms are rented out, without a kitchen. The room gets much too hot in summer, and the only fan doesn’t do much. Opening the windows is difficult because of the mosquitoes.

It was cheap and clean, but when we arrived, another couple was already in our room. There was nobody we could contact to sort it out, and the bathroom had no soap. I wouldn’t recommend it.
