Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan

The hotel was far more impressive than I expected, with top quality service and a breakfast that had plenty to choose from, including custom brewed coffees and a machine for filling croissants with chocolate. The rooms were very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being annoying. Public transport is conveniently close for getting to the city center. Nothing but good things to say.

Really poor service here. The staff often leave the hotel, and when someone has a problem they don’t even come to help. The staff are very bad.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and smiling, and I have a lot of respect and gratitude for them. I really enjoyed staying here and would happily return. The spa is small but cozy, and breakfast is fine. Nothing especially stands out, but for 10€ you can eat as much as you like. The bar and restaurant keep to a strict schedule, so you can forget about grabbing food or a drink at a random time. I mostly ordered delivery or went out. The sushi across the street is decent, and there’s a roadhouse nearby if you like meat, plus a conad supermarket for other things you might need. They also have a smoking room 🚬!

The location is handy if you have business in that particular area. Otherwise, the traffic is horrible, and there aren’t many places around to hang out. The hotel itself is very average, with quite old furniture, though the bathroom seemed to have been updated recently, which was a plus. The towels weren’t very clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, and there wasn’t much to choose from. The internet worked fine.
