The location is right in the middle of everything, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The space was great aside from a couple of small things: the hair dryer didn't work, and some outlets were unusable. If you're booking unit 6, though, keep the neighbor in mind. She seemed to dislike tourists. On the first night she followed my brother down the stairs, and the next morning she snapped at my mom when she thought she was being spoken to, though she wasn't. We did our best to be polite and respectful, even avoiding the elevator so we wouldn't disturb her with noise.

We came from the US for our honeymoon in early March, and renting from them worked out wonderfully. The hosts were easy to deal with, communicated consistently, and gave clear directions for check-in and finding the apartment. They dealt with any issues right away. It was handy to contact them by email and iMessage from the US. The apartment was clean and spacious, near lots of shops and restaurants, and we got small discounts at a few places using the map they provided. The host made our first visit to Florence unforgettable. We'll rent from them again, and I'd recommend them to family and friends planning a trip there.

Firenze Rentals made for a comfortable, charming stay. The apartment had everything I needed, was clean and nicely decorated, and the host responded promptly with useful local tips. Major sights are an easy walk away. I highly recommend Firenze Rentals in Florence.

The via delle oche suite was large, fairly clean, and stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. It's close to the main sights and right in the center. There was construction during our stay, with loud noise starting at 6am. That's not the hotel's fault, but it's something to keep in mind. There was also black mold around the toilet and shower walls.

The beds were comfortable, and the property has what you need for a good rest, including a washer and drying rack for laundry. It's close to the Duomo, shopping, and restaurants, and you can walk to nearly all of central Florence. The host was kind and helpful, giving us a map and sightseeing information. We would absolutely recommend it for the convenience, value, and location.
