Traffic was loud from our room facing the road, and the distance from the city centre is considerable. The hotel worked well for a short stay, though the room was just average and could have been cleaned more carefully. There was hair in several spots.

Nothing worked properly for us. The bathroom flush was broken, there were no pillows, and mosquitoes were all over the room. The air conditioner also wasn't working, and reception said the temperature was centrally set to 23 degrees and they couldn't change it, even though there was no air in our room. At 3:30 in the morning we went downstairs and called the receptionist several times, but got no answer. I paid €135 for the stay. This was the worst experience I could have had, and I wouldn't suggest booking this hotel in the future.

You'll need a car since it's a bit far from the center, but parking is free. I stayed one night, slept comfortably, and had no complaints. Breakfast was good too.

We were cold in the room because the climate system didn't seem adjustable, though fortunately there was a blanket in the wardrobe. The shower only got slightly warm, with no way to make the water hot, and the hair dryer didn't work. We could also hear the kids in the room next door, so the sound insulation could be better. Still, it was generally a good experience at a nice hotel.

We came to Milan for our daughter's birthday. The rooms were great, and the towels were replaced every day. It's a little far out, and although the bus takes you to the metro, getting to the bus stop means quite a walk.
