Our room was comfortable, very clean, and in perfect condition. We had a warm welcome from the start, and the service stayed friendly and attentive the whole time. Check-in went smoothly, breakfast was delicious, and checking out was easy and well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The town is beautiful, and there are other lovely towns nearby, so you can explore without repeating the same route. Bergamo is also close by public transport. Our room had everything we needed, and the hotel offers kits for anything else you might need. The place was clean and elegant, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I absolutely recommend it for your stay!

The food was good and the rooms were clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the ladies at reception, who helped us with directions and restaurant bookings. A lovely hotel and a great experience. I'd recommend it.

Stella helped us adjust the room and gave us free kits. The staff were super nice and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for both the food and the stay.
