Ms. Francesca is a lovely person who clearly puts a lot of passion into running this place. We booked at the last minute, and it turned out to be one of our nicest stays in Italy. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple, with very fresh organic products from local suppliers. The location is perfect for my drives from Poland to Italy, so I’ll definitely come back.

Rooms are spotless, and the spaces are roomy and welcoming. The breakfasts are delicious, and owner Francesca makes each guest’s stay feel personal, with a special glimpse of the best of the Friuli region. Set in Tricesimo, outside Udine at the foot of the Dolomite mountains, this beautiful historic home is a real hidden gem of a B&B. The architecture is magnificent, and the hostess makes you feel warmly welcomed.
