The private car park was a big plus, and walking from here to the old town was perfectly manageable even though the place is a little outside it. The owner was friendly, and both the room and the rest of the B&B were nicely decorated. Breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savory food. The sauna and Jacuzzi weren't working, which was disappointing, but I'd still recommend the place.

Monica was the highlight for us. She's such a lovely person, full of lively energy, and made our stay at Rooms 3 Maison better. She deserves a raise and plenty of tips! Breakfast was fresh and tasty each day, though it's very Italian and mostly sweet. We would've liked more savory choices, maybe some bread. The room was clean and had a mini fridge, fresh towels, and great air conditioning. It was quiet and relaxing, and we loved having a jacuzzi. Finding the place was hard, and getting to the parking spot wasn't easy either. The gravel was terrible for rolling a suitcase. The beds felt short, which was a real problem for my tall Dutch boyfriend.

We came back for a second stay, and the host is still lovely and easy to contact whenever you need something. The rooms are tidy and clean, with thoughtful little touches, and the decor is delightful. Parking right outside makes things easier. The small spa was especially nice on a rainy day, and breakfast has been great both times.

The host was so warm and friendly, and our room was spacious and clean. It's a nice little hotel in Trieste, with an easy trip into the city by car or public transport.
