After 25 hours of travel, we were glad to arrive at the room, and we had a lovely time at this B&B during our stay from 23-25 August 2026. I would have recommended the place, but the owner’s response to my booking.com review changed that. I gave it 9/10 because a 10/10 feels fake to me unless the service is truly extraordinary. The owner then complained about my rating in a WhatsApp message and said that not giving 10 stars was harming their business. That felt unprofessional and left me quite unhappy. Since he seems to hate public complaints, I’m posting this here, and yes, I’m being petty.

We didn’t expect the door to be locked, or to have to contact management to get access. Expedia described it as a hotel, but it didn’t feel like one.

The location is excellent and central, but cleanliness was lacking. We stayed five days, and neither the bedroom nor the bathroom was cleaned during that time. The sheets weren’t fresh. The owners could make it much better by paying more attention to these details.

Marghrita and Cinzia were wonderful hosts, and they have two amazing afghani Dogs. The room was really deluxe. I had a wonderful stay with my beautiful wife, loved the place, and we’d definitely come back. 100% recommended. Thanks!

Lovely design and a spacious room. There’s parking for motorcycles next to the house. It would be good to have air conditioning.
