Perfect place.

For what they charge, the service is a rip-off. The electricity in our room didn’t work, so with the lights off we couldn’t charge our phones overnight. Since we were traveling by bicycle, that was essential for us. The bathrooms were very old and uncomfortable, and showering left water all over the floor. The kitchen was pretty dirty too. It has the amenities of a cheap backpacker hostel, but costs like a good hotel. If it were cheap, it might be okay.

The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, and the apartment itself was beautiful and elegant, with high ceilings and period features. We had a wonderful stay in Trieste, in an excellent location. I highly recommend it.
