We had a very disappointing stay. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and airing it out didn’t help, so it was uncomfortable to be there. The shower and sink were both clogged, and the cleanliness was poor: dusty surfaces and even mold on the wardrobe hangers. We contacted the host, but only the shower drain was dealt with. The other problems were ignored. After we left a low rating, the host complained to Booking and tried to charge us for damage we absolutely hadn’t caused. The place didn’t meet basic standards, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
