We had a spacious bijoux room on the fourth floor for one night. The big bed and curtains were great, and the shower and air conditioning worked excellently. Complimentary water, Coke, and Fanta were in the minibar. The room door was tricky to lock, but a very helpful receptionist came up to show us how. He’s an asset to the business, professional, friendly, and with good English. The location is central and convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Would recommend.

The room was a reasonable size, though a little dark from the stone walls and subdued lighting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, especially at checkout. Overall, a good stay.

I don’t know why the reviews are so good. I was in Trieste with my family, and the hotel was the worst part. The staff were very unfriendly to me, and there were still shaving hairs on the bed from the previous guests. I’ve visited Trieste several times and often heard this hotel is more style than substance. Never again!

The hotel lobby is funky and fun, and staying in the suite turned out to be a really unique experience. It was huge, with a large bathroom featuring marble sinks and a lounge area with a mini bar and big sofa. We did have to go outside and cross into another building to get to it, which was unexpected. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m in Trieste.

The rooms were lovely, and breakfast was a really good option. The staff were so kind, warm, and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and I’d come back myself :)
