This is for the manager. We've received contradictory replies from the receptionists, and would like to know what the problem is. First, Luca wrote on 29.12.2025 that management had been consulted, but because our arrival was close and the booking covered New Year's Eve, no changes could be made. The message thanked us for understanding and said they still looked forward to hosting us. Then Leonardo wrote on 01.01.2026 that they couldn't cancel or issue a voucher because they'd been notified too late to resell the rooms, causing them lost income. We paid the full price well in advance, 622€. From our side, that money is gone. From the hotel's side, it seems they keep the payment without providing a service, while the rooms remain unused. We were told resale wasn't possible because we canceled too late, but the hotel could have moved our booking to March 5-8 and put the rooms back on the market. It seems you've lost us as guests. The rooms are expensive enough that we expect excellent service. I can't understand being lectured like schoolkids because the hotel couldn't earn twice. The service was unprofessional, to say the least. We hope you can make it friendlier and more understanding, because we go where we're treated best. That didn't happen this time.

We stopped in by chance for lunch, and it was amazing. An old-school restaurant with excellent food, good value, and views, plus lots of parking. It also has the feel of a hotel with old-world class.

The private beach and elevator from the ground floor straight down to it make this the most romantic hotel in Trieste,Italy. There's a scenic view of Italianriviera and Castelletto di Miramare. Privacy is great, and it works well for elderly and Handicap guests too. Service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, from reception to the restaurant and bar, as well as the lifeguard on the beach. The lifeguard speaks several languages, which is really helpful for travelers who don't speak Italian or French. This isn't sponsored. A gem of a place. The staff were beyond friendly and went out of their way to help with requests and explain how everything works for guests arriving from far away. Breakfast was magnificent, with fresh omelettes, lots of ham, cheese and vegetables, plus pastries and sweets. The rooms were spacious, with beautiful sea views and amenities up to the latest standards. The surroundings were so quiet that all we heard were birds and waves. Truly amazing.

A lovely little find. The terrace is unreal, the rooms are cute, and the waterfront beach club has a rustic feel with plenty of old Italian charm.
