Anna was attentive to details and very helpful before we arrived, throughout check-in, and during the stay. She also shared PDFs with all the city information we needed and then some, which helped us make choices. The room was great, with excellent equipment: Alexa, Netflix, free beverages, and great lighting. The building is old, just to set expectations, but its location works well for visitors to Napoli. Private paid parking is available right next to the hotel, as Anna also mentioned.

What stayed with us was the in-room jacuzzi. After long days walking around Italy’s historic streets, it was a wonderful way to unwind and recharge. The modern design was striking, from the lighting on the raw concrete walls to the sleek black switches and carefully finished bathroom and shower. Everything felt chosen with both comfort and style in mind. Hospitality stood out too: Anna contacted us before arrival with restaurant suggestions and arranged our airport transfer, making things easy. Giuseppe was waiting outside when we got there, a personal welcome that set the tone. We loved our stay at Gallery Experience Napoli. It brings thoughtful hospitality together with sophisticated design, and felt like an experience in itself.

Anna was lovely and kept in touch throughout. There were strikes and protests on the day I arrived, and she was caught in traffic too, so it was great to stay in contact over WhatsApp. The room has a king bed, bathroom, and jacuzzi, and is big enough for a couple. I tried the tub, but it was too warm for me, and it takes ages to fill, 40 mins minimum. You use one pass and key code to enter the main building, reception, and your room. You can hear people coming in, but nothing from the other apartments. It’s a central hotel/apartment stay.

The lighting is incredible, and the rooms are modern, stunning, and super clean. Remote check-in meant I could drop off my bags before check-in, and coming and going was easy. There’s a separate bathroom, a balcony with gorgeous views over the city, an easy-to-use TV for Netflix and YouTube, and a dedicated mini split A/C unit. It’s perfect for a couple, but I loved it as a solo traveler too. They gave me a detailed guide in English covering things to do around the city, how to use the tub, and check-in and check-out. They also provided a blow dryer, sewing kit, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, corkscrew, champagne glasses, laundry hanging dryer, plenty of suitcase cubbies, luggage lockers, and a welcome kit with espresso and tea. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
