The B&B is in a quiet area, and there was parking available. The building is a little dated, but the B&B itself has been completely renovated, which is what matters. The tram stop right in front takes you to the city center in a few minutes, and service runs late. You can ride to Piazza Garibaldi and take the metro from there to wherever you need to go. We stayed two nights and were very satisfied. The woman who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. The shared areas were clean, and our room was spacious and clean too. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, though my personal preference would be for a fresh breakfast with croissants and more, especially in Naples. Maybe I misunderstood what was included.

We stayed three nights this time, and it confirmed my first impression: a 10+. On our earlier visit we were there just one night for an event, so didn't get to see Naples. The property is clean, comfortable, and really charming. The owner left us enough breakfast for a week 😂, with coffee, juice, milk, and all kinds of snacks. The center is about 20 minutes away, taking the tram to Piazza Garibaldi and then the metro. Thanks again for everything!

It's good value for money, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It isn't a buffet, but there was plenty and it felt complete. The place is in a quiet neighborhood with good connections to the city's main attractions. The B&B is very well cared for, and the rooms I saw were clean, spacious, and meticulously maintained.

We stayed here on Saturday, March 25, 2023, and at first everything seemed fine. But when I went into the bathroom, I found it dirty. Fortunately the staff were still there and cleaned it. I took a photo, because without it I doubt I'd have been believed: the owner said the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience.
