We didn’t expect to find such a lovely place during our short time in Trieste. Stefano runs the B&B himself and looks after its two gorgeous rooms with real care and a good sense of humor. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. He’s also happy to share tips and make restaurant reservations, which were totally worth it. I highly recommend staying here.

Right in the middle of town, just off the main square. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel service was fantastic. Stefano was brilliant, with lots of lunch and dinner recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was welcoming and courteous, and the old-style rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. Piazza Unità d'Italia and the sea are very close, with the San Giusto parking lot nearby too. There are plenty of shops, bars, and places to eat in the area. Highly recommended.

Stefano is a big part of what makes this B&B special. He’s attentive to what guests need, offers advice, and shares stories and anecdotes about his city. Breakfast was plentiful, with cake, croissants, cookies, fresh fruit, and more. Our room on the second floor of a historic building in central Trieste was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, armchairs, a sofa, and coffee tables piled with travel and design magazines. It’s just behind the beautiful Piazza Unità d'Italia, and we were greeted warmly and professionally.
