Trieste Center Rooms & Apartments

I paid far too much for what was offered. The bed was uncomfortable, and although there were kitchen utensils, the bathroom was only adequate. I can't imagine wanting to spend a vacation in a place that felt like a dungeon. Fiori has three apartments in central Trieste: Iris, Ginestre, and Glicine. The booking form has the details for the unit you've reserved, so check it carefully. I booked by apartment name but was given a different one. They explained the change when I arrived, and I couldn't switch. I ended up in Ginestre. The location and bathroom were nice, but that's about all I liked.

The apartment was new, quiet, and just right. Silvio and the rest of his staff were very kind. It's in one of the best areas of Trieste. Thank you!

We didn't meet the owner, but he always replied when we had questions. Check-in and checkout were easy to do remotely, and I'd consider staying here again if we return to Trieste. Our room was a little dark: it had no balcony and faced the inner courtyard. Still, its two windows gave us good ventilation. The bathroom was comfortable and nice, and the small kitchenette had what we needed to cook, as well as a pod coffee machine. They also supplied plenty of towels. The mattresses were uncomfortable, though. There were four of us, two adults and two children, sharing a double bed and two singles. The location worked well for seeing the city. Piazza Unità di Italia is a 15-minute walk away. There are buses, takeaways, supermarkets, and small shops nearby. Paid parking is close, but free spaces are hard to find.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the city, just steps from the center. My room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious, well-arranged bathroom. It's a quiet spot despite being central. Recommended if comfort and cleanliness matter to you.
