Simona made our stay feel so homey. She was sweet and helpful, and the dinner and breakfast she cooked were delicious after our two days of hiking. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the garden and setting are gorgeous. My boyfriend, who’s now my fiancé, proposed to me in that beautiful garden, with the whole moment planned thanks to Simona. The only thing I’d improve is the Wi-Fi in the room. We were on the top floor and couldn’t get a signal there. Even so, we rate the place 11/10. Highly recommend!

The breakfast deserves an essay of its own for how good it was. I was the only guest and had a lovely chat with Simona over breakfast before I left. She’s so friendly and welcoming, and really interesting to talk to. I also woke up to the best alarm clock, a cat at the window. The beautifully renovated house sits among vineyards just above Masera. I’ll absolutely come back, hopefully for longer. Grazie!

We loved chatting with Simona about her family history and her travels around the world. She’s a lovely person who puts a lot of care into everything she does. The house is historic and has been renovated beautifully. We hope to stay again!

The interior is very modern, and the rest of the stay was nice. She was also very available. I took off a star because the road is narrow and, although it’s meant for two-way traffic, there’s nowhere to pull over and let another car pass. The heating was another issue. She controlled it, and our room never got above 19°C. There were spider webs, too, but the main concern was finding a small scorpion on the wall. Still a scorpion.

A peaceful, quiet and beautiful B&B in a lovely area. It feels very authentic and is run by a very charming woman.
