Aurantia - Mediterranean Tale

A quiet spot with free parking on site, and a handy base for visiting nearby towns. Tropea's center is about a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are modern and cleaned daily, and the hosts were helpful. I'd recommend staying here.

We needed a peaceful break, and that's exactly what our holiday in the first week of September gave us. The breakfast spread was generous, and the room was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Our terrace had sun loungers and a hot tub, too. Valentina was so kind, and the owners were helpful, even letting us keep our drawers full of onions in their garage 🤣🙏. My partner and I had a genuinely relaxing time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks for everything, we hope to come back one day!

The grounds were very quiet and scenic, with spotless shared areas and a large breakfast room. It's a newly built place, though some sections are still under construction. Our room was nicely equipped but small, and needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. Some things were broken, and the shower had a horrible stagnant-water smell. The air conditioning was loud, but we needed it in the heat, and the refrigerator was noisy too. We found it very unpleasant that dogs and cats were allowed in every shared area, including at breakfast, without this being mentioned beforehand.

We only stayed one night, but the host's kindness and the spectacular view made it a real pleasure. The room was spotless and had all the comforts, with a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a modern bathroom with a big shower. There was also a kettle and coffee maker. Highly recommended, and I'll return as soon as I can.
