The room was very clean, and the woman was really nice. She even showed me places to visit. A lovely experience, and thank you so much for the hospitality!

Very clean and the service was amazing. It's in a really good spot, about a five-minute walk from the center of Tropea and close to the train station.

The location is excellent, and although the building is old, the rooms are very comfortable. The cleaning lady was very kind. It's a shame about the owner. He was completely unhelpful and never answered the phone, so we couldn't reach him when we needed anything. On arrival he made us wait, didn't greet us, and just handed over the room keys. He wouldn't have said anything at all if we hadn't asked for information. Beautiful property, but it's being let down!

We stayed for 12 nights and were comfortable throughout. The room was spacious and had a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, and mini-fridge. The bathroom's shower was especially large, and the balcony had plenty of room to dry laundry and beach towels. The only real downside was poor soundproofing, so we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. That also depends partly on how noisy other guests are. The nearby train line may bother light sleepers, though trains pass infrequently at night. We knew when booking that the rooms are on the third floor and there's no elevator. The location made it easy to reach both the train station and city center on foot, just a few minutes away. The owner welcomed us warmly and gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with croissants, pastries, and cakes, some homemade by the owner. He also lent us a beach umbrella at no extra cost. Cleaning and linen service were excellent: everything was spotless, and towels and sheets were changed every 2-3 days.
