I had a spacious room with a lovely ocean view from the balcony. The accommodation is near both the train station and Tropea’s beautiful beach. Breakfast in the morning was Italian style, with plenty of fresh fruit. Francesco was a friendly, great host and had lots of suggestions for things to do nearby. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to return someday.

I stayed in March and had a wonderful time. Francesco was so kind, gave me a clean and comfortable room, and shared his knowledge of local places. Breakfast was generous too. Grazie mille!

Francesco was a wonderful owner, friendly and discreet, with recommendations for day trips and some of the tastiest restaurants I’ve been to. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was a lovely winter garden to enjoy it in. We had a great time here: the location was beautiful, the rooms were clean and well made, especially the bathroom, and our balcony had a beautiful ocean view. We’ll definitely come back.

The host shared tips for good places, and even lent me a guitar so I could sing on the shore. The rooms were clean, and breakfast came with a foamy cappuccino. Everything was perfect for me. Thanks for the trip!

The rooms have plenty of space, and it’s only a five-minute walk to the historic center. You can also get good tips on what to do and where to find the best food in town. Jens would definitely stay at Donna Rosa’s again when in Tropea 😉
