It’s next to the shore, in a quiet area where mostly locals live, away from the tourist rush and noise in town. The Le Roccette beach is just a five-minute walk away, and there’s a stairway around the corner that takes you straight up to town if you fancy a restaurant. Since Tropea is built on a cliff, it’s nice not to have to drag yourself up the hill after a beach day. The room was big and spotless, and room service did the job perfectly. Breakfast is served in a cozy backyard, and the public terrace works well in the evenings. They also sell good homemade wine at a wallet-friendly price. Grab a bottle, pick something up from the grocery next door, and enjoy the hotel terrace.

Carmelo gave us a free ride from the train station when we arrived, then took us back when it was time to leave. That was such a great help and convenience in Tropea. We really enjoyed our three nights here. The staff were always available and helpful, the free breakfast was a huge bonus, and the hotel is close to Tropea’s most beautiful beach. Thanks to the amazing staff. We’ll be back!

The building feels fresh and modernized, and the rooms were perfectly clean. The AC worked well and the Wi-Fi was fast. Staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. It’s close to both the old town and the beaches. Hard to find anything to complain about, fully recommend.

The owner was really nice, and the location worked perfectly for us: close to the port, beaches, old town, and markets. Would definitely recommend it.
